Unfortunately, the details in IPC-2222 do not give any dimensions, only
tolerances. In the January 1999 IPC Designers Council Technical Journal
there is an article concerning V-Grooving.
For .062 FR-4 material they specify that the material remaining between the
grooves should be .016.

Take a look at IPC-2222, the have a scoring detail and a page or two

        Subject: [TN] V-score depth

        Hey everyone-

I was following the v-score discussion on Technet and I was
        wondering if
        someone could answer some questions.
Is there a web thickness spec'd in the IPC specs somewhere?
Is
        there a
thickness that some have just found to work from experience? We can
spec
v-score depth, but I would rather spec an IPC standard. We have
boards
coming in with varying v-score depths, and some cannot be removed
easily.
        Thanks.
