We do it all the time and it works great. Just make sure that the tolerances in the panel are accounted for in the stencil. -----Original Message----- From: West, Jim [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Wednesday, June 14, 2000 3:10 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: [TN] Double sided boards using only one stencil Hi everyone, Does anyone have any of their boards panelized so that you have both the top and bottom side of the PCB on the same side? When you flip the panel over, you have the same view. This would allow you to use only one stencil for that assembly. If anyone does this, please let me know how it works. We will be receiving some panels built like this and I need to know if I can trust using only one stencil. Thanks, Jim ############################################################## TechNet Mail List provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ############################################################## To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TECHNET <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TECHNET ############################################################## Please visit IPC web site (http://www.ipc.org/html/forum.htm) for additional information.
