Mike I think this is common because when a replied message is sent to both TechNet and the originator, it is duplicated (hypothesis!!!). Occasionally I have seen the To: in the header addressed the same as the Reply To: . If the receiver uses Reply All or the equivalent in other e-mail clients, then duplications are possible. OTOH, if you use just Reply, it may not even reach the TechNet. It would seem there is some sloppy programming, possibly because different e-mail clients behave differently. Ideally, the TechNet software should strip multiple addresses and just put itself in the Reply To: heading, IMHO.
