Well they were, but only on 5-boards...we were about to build 150-boards but the line got stopped for other reasons. The 5-boards got to test and that's when we found out about the problem...so we were lucky that we only built the 5...unlucky that all the parts for the work order have the bad program... There are two waferscale devices on the board, one is $18.00 each, the other is $15.00 a pop...
