Hello everyone, thanks for the replies. I've had a word with the manager concerned & he agrees that this is the way that we want to go with this. We want to be able to allow network users to browse the intranet, select a MODsheet page, choose to create a new MODsheet and enter some details. upon confirmation have a page shown with an allocated MODsheet number which they can then print out. Also to be able to do some searches on one or several fields within the data & pull up any sheets that correspond. Not knowing enough about web page design to do it myself I can clearly see that all the above are easily possible <grin>.. So I think that I'll have to find someone that can do it & put it to the bosses that we get an outsider to do it for us. Thanks for the suggestions.
