Scott, you were exactly right....CTI stands for Comparative Tracking Index.
It is a test done by UL on PWBs. I don't have the test protocol at hand, but
I know it involves applying a voltage between conductors on board sample,
and dripping a dilute ionic solution on the board until a track forms
between the conductors. The longer it takes to form, the higher the CTI.
