You can measure the ionic contamaination levels. An Omegameter works well.

Subject: [TN] Measurement of flux residue

Hi all Technetters,

I would like to know is there any way to measure the flux
residue that left on the board, after wave-soldering process.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Poh
