Hi all, We have developed a problem that is a little strange to me, with our Plastisol coated plating racks. When we recieve new racks or recoated racks we are getting a noduled plating deposition. The nodules appear to becoming from something leeching out of the plastisol because the nodules are greates where the plastol and panel are the closest and where the operator touches the panel after touching the rack. We have tried alkaline and acid cleaners on the new racks before using them, but have and no luck reducing this problem. Does anyone have a tried and true method of pretreating racks to prevent this problem?
