Guys, For small board of the size .5"x2.", we have decided to go for an array design with tab-routing using .061" router bit. To separate the individual board, I am planning to use mouse bite on the middle of the tab line instead of skewed towards board to give straight edge. This will give me separation in the middle of tab with small protruding bump which is fine with me. Can anyone suggest me the size of mouse bite separation strong enough to sustain regular handling and machine loading for .062" thick board? You can fax me the drawing at fax # is (408) 490-6859. Also, other suggestions on separation of individual boards are welcome. re, ken patel ______________________________________________________ Ken Patel Phone: (408) 490-6804 1708 McCarthy Blvd. Fax: (408) 490-6859 Milpitas, CA 95035 Beeper: (888) 769-1808 ############################################################## TechNet Mail List provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ############################################################## To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TECHNET <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TECHNET ############################################################## Please visit IPC web site (http://www.ipc.org/html/forum.htm) for additional information.
