"PCB Handbook" by Coombs
and there's another one by Raymond Clarke.
These are the two that immediately come to my mind.
Coombs is a bit dated unless they've brought out a revised updated
edition.
Electrochemical Publications, UK also has a series of books on PCB
technology, checkout.
