The gerber viewer I have (GerbTool) does not allow me to view this type of file. It is an ASCII format. Would anybody know a software (freeware preferably) that would allow me to view this type of file. Thanks ! Philippe O'Reilly >> Hi Philippe! Go to: http://www.ipc.org then to online resources and databases, and you'll find a link for Lavenir Viewmate, a free gerber viewer that I use all the time. Haven't found many files at all that I can't look at from all sorts of CAD packages. Real easy to use too. -Steve Gregory- ############################################################## TechNet Mail List provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ############################################################## To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TECHNET <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TECHNET ############################################################## Please visit IPC web site (http://www.ipc.org/html/forum.htm) for additional information.
