Alain - The answer lies with the connector manufacturer of the particular items involved. Number of cycles will vary dependent on the specifics of plating thickness, contact insertion force and lateral pressure in the contacts. Most reputable connector manufacturers will have tested the contact series and have a reasonably accurate number, although it's sometimes buried in their design qualification test archives.
