Perhaps consider press-fit versions - no need to solder at
all. But they can have problems with HASL surfaces. Sorry, I have
just no address of an press-fit mfg. available. Maybe I find it soon,
then I'll post it here.
In Germany, there is a company ept Guglhoer. I'll look for their full
address, maybe they have a rep in USA.
