There are two types of PC/104 and PC/104 Plus connectors - stackthrough and
non-stackthrough - if you're using the stackthrough versions intrusive
reflow is not an option. The long gold plated contact tails of the
stackthrough versions are intended to function as the mating pins to the
female side of a like connector when the modules are stacked together. Any
solder paste deposited on these contact tails will reflow and spread on to
the tails in the mating area and will compromise the intended gold to gold
interface and effect the reliability of the connectors/modules

Teka Interconnection Systems<www.tekais.com> offers these connectors with
our proprietary "Solder-Flux Bearing Leads" that allow in-line reflow of
these connectors. Please contact me offline for more information
