Hello,

        I have the need to replace a 28SOIC on a board with a 20SSOP and 3
or 4 capacitors and resistors. The thought here is to find a way to attach
a small circuit board to my 28SOIC pads, then attach the new parts to the
small circuit board. Are parts available to do this? Has anyone done this
before? Are there any IPC restraints? Any kind of help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Steve Quinn
