Phil,
In case Qualcomm is unaware, there is such thing as HAZMAT that should
be practiced internally. Part of our employee orientation is to warn
them of the hazards of lead and signs are posted to wash hands
thoroughly prior to eating, drinking and smoking. I don't believe these
need to be part of J-STD-001.
