        Wow, it sure is easy to get lost on those web pages.  Anyhow, I wasn't
able to find that document either.  I did see that other NHB 5300 were changed
to NAS 5300.  I also found the document available at Global
(http://www.global.ihs.com/) and this link that may be of use
http://gdms.gsfc.nasa.gov/gdms/plsql/menu_guest.

Sorry, no real answer.
