At this sort of humidity, published references on Activation Energy may have
little to do with your real world situation.  That is because the effect of
other ions available, and especially CHLORIDE, can be dramatic, and all in
one direction, that of lowering the activation energy.

Any time you can stabilize the ionized form of an element, and chloride does
a nice job with Copper, you lower activation energy.
