It sounds as if most of the FR-4's would work, but the specifics of the
application need to be discussed at length with the applications engineering
folks at the laminate supplier.  The chemistry of the oil could turn out to
be a problem to the resin of the laminate.  Second, 3000 psi will probably
cause elements of the oil to attempt to infuse into the laminate structure,
unless some type of protective overcoat or sealant is used.

Good luck and let us hear the finals on this.  Would I be guessing correctly
if I thought this product were headed for the oil drilling industries?

I,ve been asked to specify a copper clad laminate for a circuit board
