You might want to investigate the use of overhead ionizers in the area to
neutralize the static charges. You will reduce the contamination along with
the static charges

Subject: Re: [TN] Relative Humidity

For what purpose?

In my photo print area, we make flexible printed circuits, I keep it between
40 and 50
% RH to keep the photo tools stable. In my lamination lay up area I try to
keep it
between 30 and 35% RH because polyimide absorbs moisture very quickly
altering the
dimensional stability and causing adhesion problems. If you drive it down
too low you
get contamination from the static attraction.
