When our server receives a request to send review copies, it immediately sends out two messages. One has the .pdf document file. The other has a .rtf comment form. We send two msgs because some e-mail systems (and AOL 3 users) could only receive 1 attachment without going through major de-mime efforts, etc. These two msgs usually have the same date/time stamp in minutes, and the same subject line coming from the same sender.
We have become aware that some ISPs and/or company e-mail systems, as part of error checking, recognize these two msgs as "duplicates" and kill one of them.
So--if you make your request and only receive one response, reply to us OFF TECHNET and tell us which one you have or are missing - be specific please :-) We'll manually send the missing file to you.

I tried this and all I got was the comment form. It also tells me to submit
the form back to the 'Request' address. What am I missing here? How do I get
the guidelines to review?
