Hi ya'll!

I'd to echo Grahams sentiments, and add some...

Over the past year, you all have been a sounding board for me...someplace
that I can ask questions, vent frustrations, and what have you...and there's
always been a reply come to me that sets me back on my feet (or otherwise)
hehehe... For that, I want give everybody my sincere thanks. I only hope that
what little input I've been able to give has been somewhat usefull...

There's a saying out there; "The more you know, the less you know..."
certainly applies in our business huh? Things change so fast, it's hard to
keep up with it all!

I, as most of you, get exposed to new things everyday. My hope for the new
millenium is that this list stays as vibrant and communicative as it has been
for all the years that I've been a member. There is no list like the TechNet
on the 'NET... those of you who surf as much as I do, know that for a fact.
There are other lists and web sites out there, but it's hard to deny that if
you come to the TechNet, post a question and then get some answers, you can
pretty much count on the responses being technically helpfull, instead of
being pure advertisements.

Yeah sure, we have the posts that those feel may tout their company or
services, but in addition to getting a bit of "Free" advertisement, most
contribute with good sound technical advise to back their products or
services that make things easier...I for one don't have a problem with that
whatsoever...

I guess what I'm trying to say, is that I feel honored to be a part of this
list, and hope that we continue on into the new millenium. There's those of
you that I feel as close to as a fellow worker...I like that. You guys and
gals are the only ones who really understand things...I don't have too many
real freinds who understand and appreciate what a pain in the ass it is to
take apart a wave solder machine, tilt it on it's side, right it, and
reassemble it. You guys do!

Onward thru the fog!

-Steve Gregory-

P.S. Guess we don't have to worry about my math and the 2000 member thing,
huh?
