try contacting Rudy Sedlack at RD Chemicals, he has been of great
assistance to me in the past on chemical wire stripping and I am in the
process of carrying out some trials based on his suggestions.

We presently use a solution called "Novastrip" which is primarily a paint
stripper manufactured by a Company called Henkel here in the U.K.  Although
given the size of their Corporation, I would think it would be available
through distribution.
