Hi Steve,

Thanks for the insight.  I went to the part and tried to "twang" the tape
and listen for loose parts moving inside the pocket.  I heard nothing.  Went
to the feeder sitting next to it, made by a different manufacturer of
course, and could hear the parts moving in the pocket!

Now I have to get more parts from my customer.
