Nick, since this may not be a part that folks just happen to have around,
I'd think it must be designed before being built. You may want to use the
following site,

You must put in a geographic location, and then you can sort by suppliers
that offer flex and design capability. If you click on the company's name (I
was able to get about 50 vendors from searching North America), you'll get a
list of their capabilities and a contact name and number.
