We are searching for small quantities of miniature boards with the
following description:

1.  2 mil thick, flex, single sided, 1-oz or 1/2-oz copper
2.  dimensions: 3 mm long x 1.5 mm wide
3.  slots in each end: 1 mm by 0.5 mm, centered in width, with clear
annulus of approximately 50 micrometers
4.  Supply either individual boards or a strip of length-abutted boards.
