He didn't provide enough info to answer the question.   You can give him
50ohms on copper clad cardboard at those freqs but he certainly wouldn't be
satisfied.

If it's an RF app you need to consider:
- Loss Tangent (Df)
- how sensitive his app is to Er and Df stability over temperature
- whether there are thermal issues associated with a P/A or some such
circuit (sustained op temp, high temp solders, thermal conductivity).

We do lots of work on std FR-4 up to 3 Ghz (single and diff impedance,
distributed elements, printed filters and such).   You can do much more
with FR-4 than the high performance laminate suppliers like to admit.
However, we also have app's where we have to use higher performance
material at much lower freqs due some of the considerations listed above.
