I've been there too!  I f it won't cure after 4 hours at 200 deg. F, then it
never will.  The moisture sensitivity of the catalyst prior to mixing is the
killer.  We store and add the catalyst while in a nitrogen glovebox because
we have had expensive non-curing incidents like yours.
