Good morning. We use polyimide PWB material at those frequencies. However,
Rodgers has a PWB material called RO4003 that is very good at these
frequencies. The down side is the board thickness. It is very thin and needs
a carrier or some other support. We mount the RO4003 (which has a ground
plane covering the back side of the board)to a carrier which is tin plated.
Soldering the two together.
