Hi Netters,

First let me wish each and every one of you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Save New Year
from us here in Michigan

Now my problem: Aluminum Condenser that is being inserted by the RH is leaning out of specification.

I have checked
          clinch = OK
          clinch direction = OK
           Hole dimensions= 1.1 ±0.1 OK
           Lead radius = 0.5  OK
All are with-in standard
Yes, I know for many of you this may be a very easy question, but I still need help.
Question that is on my mind is for design.
Is the Hole dimension to large for the Lead radius?
I do not know PCB design so I would like some information before I ask for a design change.
Or does any one have any other ideas
Hey I might be one of the old ones in QA but I'm up for new ideas every day.
I'll keep my thinking cap on until some one gives me a better idea or I figure it out
Thank You All in Advance.
Nancy
