Hi Roger and all,

I've used DeOxIt to remove tin oxide and lead oxide.  It helps alot but
hasn't removed all of it (need to call Caig about that).  Afterwards, I
rinse in technical grade isopropyl alcohol because those board areas are
conformally coated.
