I want to assume the atg machines in concern are "A1000" models. We have 5
of them and have dealt with atg for 15 years.

To download net files is easy once you get the right communications setup
between the atg and the computer. We use Procomm Plus with a setup of
9600,8,1,N using XON/XOFF handshaking. If by chance you have Procomm, I
could send you the parameter file necessary to download.
