Hello TechNetters,

please apoligize the cross-posting in TechNet and PCDLIST.

a customer of mine wants to burn in RF components @ 200 degree
Celsius, thus he is bound to use polyimide like Allied Signal P95 or
Isola Duraver PD. Additionally, he needs to operate that stuff @ 2
GHz frequency.

He needs the dielectric constant and loss factor from P95 and/or
Duraver PD for this frequency at room temperature and at different
higher temperatures, preferrably 150 degree or 200 degree Celsius. If
available, any numbers about the variation of these values would be
interesting, too.

Concerning Duraver PD, Isola in Germany has only values for 1 MHz at
ambient temperature, and to reach anybody from Allied Signal here
in Europe for any questions about P95 is really difficult now.

Many thanx in advance, regards
Matthias Mansfeld
