Good morning technetters,

The week 52 is from Dec. 26 to the year end of 1999.  Can anyone tell me
1/1/2000 or 1/2/2000 is the first day of week 1 for the new year?  Opss! I
have to make sure I am not using the wrong counting at the next start.
