Susan,
If you can locate a copy of MIL-C-28809 (formerly MIL-P-28809), the appendix
has a matrix for added wires vs.. square area of the CCA. It also lists how
to information, etc. for other forms of modifications.
I don't know if I would recommend MIL-C-28809 for "Gospel Truth" as it's a
Military application document and might be a bit conservative for general
purpose use.
