Hello Fellow TechNetters,

I am in the process of formulating requirements for SM packaging of
components for presentation on automatic insertion/placement equipment. I
have tried a couple of web sites to find publications on this and the only
ones I have found so far is the IPC-481 series which addresses Carrier
Taping.

Specifically right now I need requirements for tray packaging of QFP's,
however I am open to any and all suggestions for SM components. (Do it all
now, why wait for the rush? Right!?)

Any help or directions on this would be greatly appreciated.
