Any recognised paste supplier will be able to supply dispense grade paste as this is a
recognised method of application. Dispense grades are characterised by a lower metal
content and perhaps a slight change in the mix proportions of the non metal portion of the
paste. This is to improve the rheology for dispensing. [In theory ] you should be able to
get your present paste in this form with no change in the flux activity/type which means a
minimum if any re-qualification will be required.
You might care to check your maximum powder size is 3x 5x smaller than the canula ID of
the dispense needle or you will get blockages. Alternatively, as mentioned in other posts,
hand printing in small volumes is perfectly feasible, in fact you can purchase for quite
small sums the simple equipment required if you don't feel like making up you own
"printer". Look under prototyping or lab in your buyers guide.
