I would like to bring your attention and Mr. Menard that under a technique
that I developed there is NO stripping of the surface at all by adjusting the
Waves to zero forward and reverse when the reverse is NOT 2.5 times the
forward and gently control the reverse one could just control the double
layer and not passivate the surface my technique is introduce as CWF-PR
(Complex Wave Form -Pulse Reverse which Mr. Menard is very familiar with. If
