I am looking for a software package which calculates the optimum
     PCB area(single side) by using the input data from a draftman before
     doing a new PCB layout.  The data includes area occupies by the
     components; safety clearance; guide holes and screw holes to case;
     track clearance; large ground land; etc; etc..

        Please share with me your experience on this.
