Hi Eric,
At the CEM I just left 6 weeks ago, not only did the operators have to
wear safety glasses but anyone entering the production area was required
to wear them, visitors, supervisors, managers...not only for solder
splashes but I've seen leads being trimmed that can fly 20 feet. Cross
the yellow/black stripe line without them and the safety officer was on
your a_ _ writing you up!
