Kane,

Good : It has and does cut down on soldering issues
Bad: 1. We have found small pieces of the finger cots in and
                  around components.
2.Some people have problems wearing them
( GLOVES OR FINGER COTS )
              3. and there is the added cost

I am in Quality so my first concern is quality.
Do I think that ever one or ever product needs to have FINGER
COTS OR GOLVES NO I DO NOT
I think there needs to be guide lines and a full understanding of the
process and issues involved. I BELIEVE IN FINGER COTS AND GLOVES in SOME APPLICATION

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL
Nancy
