Hi Jens,
I reviewed several packages for the last couple of years for my previous
employer and found Manex to be the best for the CEM industry. The reason
being may be the founder owned a CEM business and has been in this
industry for quite some time. The only drawback is it lacks an
accounting module which may upset your "bean counters". As for cost well
TANSTAAFL. It all depends on the size of your company. Good Luck!
