Hi, CTS
nice to see you on the screen. We visited you a couple of years ago and became impressed of your microelectronics facilities. And your elegant LTCC lines (Terry Provo),extremly complex MCMs etc. To something else; may I ask you what dispenser you use? Our 150um wide silver epoxy dispensing has been discussed openly in this forum earlier, which you may have seen. Next week I will have a look on some DL syringes, which are said (by themselves) to be extremly good for superfine lines and dots. Do you use time pressure, auger or pin dot or only stencile methods?
Best wishes

Gareth,
For what it is worth to you, EFD makes a 4 mil (100um) disposable needle. I
have used a few for various fiber optic applications.

I agree with others - stencil it if you can.
