John,

   Whats your application? Drill, route, countersink, counterbore, scoring, milling, 2nd stage drill, bevel? It seems that the spindle speed is too high for a ball bearing spindle. Are you sure it's not an air bearing spindle. And as far as your maximum tool diameter. Are you sure your not talking about the tool shank diameter (not the flute). Typically tool pods are designed to support a maximum tool diameter of .250" . I could help you more if you were more specific.

Good Afternoon,

We have recently come into some used Dynamotion equipment
and I am looking for some feed and speed info.  These machines
have small ball bearing spindles with a speed range of 40-120k and
a maximum tool diameter of 0.125".

Any info would be much appreciated.
