Kathy, I see that you are an IPC instructor, you may be able to help, I
have just recently recieved the IPC designer certification study guide, the
local IPC agent assures me that all information to pass the study guide exam
is available from the documents provided, but the material contained in the
study guide does not cover some of the sample exam questions, there is a CD
rom which is available, and my question is, is the CD rom required or is
there some other material required to obtain all the information necessary.
