Barbara,

   I work for a  Japanese PCB manufacturer so the thickness may vary as what is considered standard from US to Japan. Below are some of the standard thickness core and prepregs available in the Japanese market: These sizes are also available through Japanese owned material suppliers in the US.
    
    Core thickness                 Prepreg Thickness
 
          .06mm                                   .06mm
          .08mm                                   .08mm
          .10mm                                   .10mm
          .20mm                                   .15mm
          .30mm                                   .18mm 
          .40mm
          .50mm
          .60mm

Copper weights are included in the thickness stated below   (Cores Only)
