Tuan, my first suggestion is look in something like Quality Progress magazine, published by American Society for Quality, 800-248-1946, www.asq.org.  It has many ads for such programs.  Perhaps the two most powerful (and expensive) are Statistica (918-749-1119, [log in to unmask]) and Minitab (800-488-3555, www.minitab.com).  I've used both.  They will do a great deal and probably much more than you want.  You can download a trial copy of Minitab from the website.  Statgraphics is another respectable package that I've used a bit;  it may be cheaper than the others.   I do not have an address or phone for that one.  Let me know if you need more information.
