Hi there.
Is there a long list somewhere that defines exactly what all the
component package names mean (including different
standards variations on the names for the same component package)???
I.E.
SOP & SOPIC are the same ain't they?
What is the difference between an SOIC and SSOIC
and all that.

I'm not after answers on just the examples, what I want is a
downloadable list/articles on as many as I can get.

Now that we have to provide this information for the assembly dept to
input into off-line P&P programming software
(instead of them manually teaching on the machines) it means I gotta get
some more details.

Can anyone help?
