I used multiwire PWBs many years ago and had poor results.  Mostly opens
and intermittents
where connection/bonding was involved (wire to via or pad).  Our design was
fairly dense, so
maybe the application didn't exactly fit, but we tried it and chose not to
pursue it further
after several attempts.

In fairness, this was some time ago and multiwire could have made
improvements in the process.
I would definitely look at the connection/bonding methods/data and be
comfortable with them if
you chose to go this route.
