Sorry about sending this to all the TechNet and I apologize for it , I was
trying to reach Werner and the auto feature of borrowing of a TechNet email
got me.  However if others are interested in this additional class in IPC
6012B (Qualification and Performance Specification for Rigid Printed Boards)
that would provide criteria for a ultrahigh reliability class, the input
should go to the IPC requesting it .
